The School of Design offers courses that will give you the knowledge, the basics you need to boldly enter the market and start earning in the field of design. You will receive a quality education. Our interior design courses are for beginners. You do not need to have special knowledge and skills. The design training program is designed so that you can master the course from scratch.

The course program “Interior Design” meets international standards, as we have received membership in the International Association of Interior Designers.

Interior Design training options

The Interior Design course consists of 140 astronomical hours. Regardless of the length of the training the number of hours is the same, the only difference is the frequency of attendance.

The Intensive-course (courses of interior design from the zero level) has a duration of 4 months, classes are held 2 times a week for 4 hours (8 hours a week).
Course “Quick start” – the duration of the course is 2 months, classes – 4 times a week for 5 hours (20 hours a week).
Individual training – the course program, number of hours, attendance, and cost are negotiated individually.

The detailed program of the course

  • Marketing of interior designer’s services (where to find the first client, effective and low-budget ways of advertising, how to differ from competitors, target audience identification, forming of prices for the services, payment schemes, additional income in Interior Design, finding the true needs of the client)
  • Design psychology: adapting the interior to the specific Customer.
  • Construction design: stages of work on the object, the legal framework and regulations, notation on the drawings, design documentation, layout, re-planning, measurements, drawing, technical specifications.
  • Fundamentals: composition, ergonomics, material science, color science, lighting design, styles, furniture, plumbing.
  • Textile design: types of fabrics, fittings and basics, types of curtains and drapes, sewing calculations.
  • Technical aspects: water supply, drainage requirements, arrangement and types of warm floors, selection of floor coverings, finishing materials for walls, doors, skirting boards and other interior elements.
  • Computer graphics lessons: school teaches basic design programs. The course includes lessons on 3D Max (3D Mach), which is the best program for visualization. You will learn how to create photorealistic images in 3D Max (3D Mach) from scratch. Your customers will mistake them for photographs and you will be able to increase the value of your services.
  • Learning how to design a room will not do without learning ArhiCAD software. With its help you will quickly and without problems make drawings, plans, sweeps and other project documentation.
  • You will also master Photoshop (Adobe Photoshop). Photoshop lessons (Adobe Photoshop) are needed for post-processing of images created in 3D Max (3D Mach).
